- We know that a teaching philosophy helps us to IMPROVE and PROVE
- They help us articulate what kind of teacher/facilitator/leader we are
- They should be based on our previous experiences and those we predict we will encounter
- They help us articulate what we want our students to know before they leave our classroom
- Make them memorable! You will show these to an employer.
